USLOVI KORIŠĆENJA I AUTORSKA PRAVA (SRPSKI)

Ova platforma predstavlja skup besplatnih online alata dostupnih isključivo kao servis putem zvaničnog sajta autora.

Izvorni kod (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) predstavlja zaštićeno autorsko delo i nije predmet ustupanja, distribucije ili licenciranja.

ZABRANJENO JE:
– kopiranje, preuzimanje ili izmena izvornog koda
– korišćenje delova koda u drugim projektima
– lokalno ili eksterno hostovanje fajlova
– pravljenje derivata ili white-label rešenja

DIZAJN, UI/UX I TEHNIČKA REŠENJA:
Vizuelni izgled sajta, korisnički interfejs (UI), korisničko iskustvo (UX), raspored elemenata, struktura alata, način interakcije,
kao i celokupno tehničko i logičko rešenje predstavljaju originalno autorsko delo i zaštićeni su u skladu sa Zakonom o autorskom i srodnim pravima Republike Srbije.

Zaštićeni elementi obuhvataju, ali nisu ograničeni na:
– dizajn stranice i raspored sekcija
– izgled i ponašanje input polja i rezultata
– tok obračuna i prezentaciju podataka
– vizuelni identitet alata i prateće ilustracije
– način implementacije štampe i prikaza rezultata

GRAFIKA, ILUSTRACIJE I MASKOTA:
Sve ilustracije, grafički elementi, maskote, ikone, slike i vizuelni sadržaji predstavljaju zaštićeno autorsko delo.

Maskota „Verko“ predstavlja originalni vizuelni identitet sajta i kao takva je zaštićena svim važećim autorskim i srodnim pravima.

Zabranjeno je preuzimanje, kopiranje, prilagođavanje, ponovno korišćenje, uključivanje u druge projekte (komercijalne ili nekomercijalne),
kao i treniranje drugih sistema na osnovu ovog materijala bez izričite pisane saglasnosti autora.

Zabranjeno je i tzv. „inspirisano preuzimanje“:
namerno oponašanje dizajna, funkcionalnosti, toka rada ili vizuelnog identiteta ovog sajta, čak i kada izvorni kod nije direktno kopiran.

PRAVNA ZAŠTITA:
UI/UX rešenja, kao i kombinacija vizuelnih i funkcionalnih elemenata, smatraju se integralnim delom autorskog dela i uživaju punu pravnu zaštitu.

Svako korišćenje van dozvoljenog okvira predstavlja povredu autorskih prava.

The visual appearance of the website, user interface (UI), user experience (UX), layout structure, interaction logic,
and the complete technical and logical implementation represent original intellectual property and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

Protected elements include, but are not limited to:
– page design and layout structure
– behavior of input fields and results
– calculation flow and data presentation
– visual identity and supporting illustrations
– print and result display implementation

GRAPHICS, ILLUSTRATIONS AND MASCOT:
All illustrations, graphic elements, mascots, icons, images, and visual content are protected intellectual property.

The mascot “Verko” represents a unique visual identity of the platform and is fully protected under copyright and related rights.

Any downloading, copying, modification, reuse, integration into other projects (commercial or non-commercial),
or training of other systems using this material is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from the author.

So-called “inspired copying” is also prohibited:
intentional imitation of design, functionality, workflow, or visual identity, even if the original code is not directly copied.

LEGAL PROTECTION:
UI/UX solutions and the combination of visual and functional elements are considered an integral part of the copyrighted work and are fully protected by law.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of copyright.
